BELS will have a booth at the Council of Science Editors 2018 Annual Meeting in New Orleans. We are looking for members who are already planning to attend the meeting and would be willing to volunteer at the booth. This is a great opportunity to network with fellow editors and share your knowledge of BELS!

The available booth volunteer timeslots are listed below. Our goal is to have the booth staffed at all times during the exhibit hall hours, preferably with two volunteers for each timeslot.

Sunday, May 6 

• 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Monday, May 7

• 7:00 - 8:30 am
• 8:30 - 10:00 am
• 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
• 1:00 - 2:30 pm
• 2:30 - 4:00 pm
• 4:00 - 5:30 pm
• 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Tuesday, May 8

• 7:00 - 8:30 am
• 8:30 - 10:00 am
• 10:00 - 11:30 am
• 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
• 1:00 - 2:30 pm
• 2:30 - 4:00 pm
